
John Forty’s Court was opened in 1994. It is named after the second Principal of the University of Stirling; Professor Arthur John Forty who served as Principal and Vice-Chancellor of the University from 1986 to 1994.
John Forty’s Court is located off campus next to the historic Stirling Bridge. It’s on the main bus route to Stirling town centre and the University. It houses 287 single bedrooms. Each flat within John Forty’s Court sleeps seven students and offers a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area.
A combination of ensuite and standard rooms is available within John Forty’s Court. Standard bedrooms have their own wash hand basin, with students sharing shower and WC facilities.
Ensuite study bedrooms have their own private shower and WC facilities.
All kitchens are equipped with cookers, fridges, freezers, microwaves and kettles.
