In May 2016 Forth Housing Association made an application for Planning Permission to erect 23no 2 storey new social rented 1 and 2 bedroom cottage flats (16no) and 2 bedroom terraced houses (7no) on existing vacant ground between Edzell Drive, Johnston Avenue and Ledi View, Stirling.
This was vacant ground that had formerly been occupied by 2 and 3 storey Flats.
The application was approved on 11th August 2016.
The Architects were ARM Architects Berkeley Street Glasgow.
