In 2019 Forth Housing Association made an application for the erection of 24No. dwellinghouses and cottage flats and associated external works on the land bounded by Ledi View, Montgomery Way, Adamson Place and Johnston Avenue, Cornton, Stirling.
The Architects were ARM Architects of Berkeley Street Glasgow.
The application was approved on 25th February 2020.
